Is this safe?
Yes. We use Stripe for payments and Duffel for licensed airline bookings. We only charge after your booking is confirmed. Your payment info never touches our servers.
How do I know my booking is confirmed?
You'll see it immediately on screen, receive a confirmation email, and can check anytime in "My Bookings" or on the airline's website.
What airlines do you support?
Most major international airlines. We don't have some regional and low-cost carriers yet.
What if I need to change or cancel my flight?
Contact us at info@avolal.com and we'll help you. Changes and cancellations depend on the airline's fare rules. We respond quickly and personally.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The price shown includes everything. No surprises at checkout.
How do you make money?
We include a small service fee in the ticket price.
What's the MCP integration?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets you book flights directly from AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor. No need to leave your workflow.
Can I save my seat preferences?
Yes! Your seat preferences (window/aisle), meal preferences, and passenger details are all saved for faster future bookings.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure Stripe integration.
